Returns Policy
 
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at Customer Services, Natural Pharmacy, JEM House, Littlemead Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8TT, phone +44 (0) 871 911 1701 or email us at  customer.services@naturalpharmacy.co.uk  within 7 working days after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
 
If you are returning the goods for any other reason than because they are faulty we will only refund the original payment for the goods and not postage and packing.
 
If you decide to cancel your order, you will need to return the goods, but before doing so, please contact us at Customer Services, Natural Pharmacy, JEM House, Littlemead Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 8TT, phone +44 (0) 871 911 or email us at customer.services@naturalpharmacy.co.uk .   We will advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely.
 

If you do cancel your order but do not return the goods, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
