If you've shopped with us before, login with your email address and password.   

 

If you are a new customer please select the Login or Register tab on the left hand side of the Home Page or click here and follow on screen instructions. The registration form allows you to create your profile, which is necessary to place future orders.        

 

Order Online

 

How to Order Online  

Add the item to your ‘Shopping Basket’.  

 

You can either proceed to check out at this point or select ‘Back to Shop’ to return to the Home page and continue to browse shopping pages.  

   

At any time whilst browsing you would like to view your shopping cart, select the Basket information displayed to the left side of the screen.  

   

How to Checkout Online  

When your shopping basket is complete with the purchases you wish to make, you can proceed to check out by selecting either ’Check Out Now’ displayed on the left or when viewing your basket contents select ‘Next Stage’. This will take you on to the ‘SECURE’ order page.       

 

At this point, if you are already logged in you will be taken straight to the Billing & Delivery address section. If you are not logged in, please do so or register a new account if you have not shopped with us before.  

   

Your Billing address (the address your credit/debit card is mailed to) will automatically show if you have already registered with us. Please always check this before proceeding with your order. You can have your order delivered to an alternative address by completing the section further down the Address page. To have an order delivered to your billings address please tick the box and proceed to the next page.  

   

You must complete ALL the fields shown on the Checkout page to ensure your order will be accepted. Once all fields have been completed and are correct please select ‘Finish’. This will complete your order and take you directly back to the Home Page.  

   

Once your order has been downloaded in to our system you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing your order. Please ensure you check all details thoroughly and contact our customer service department on 0871 911 1701 or email customer.services@j-e-m.com as soon as possible if there are any errors.

 

How to Pay Online  

To place on order on line you can make payment using any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or Delta.  

 

Please make sure you complete ALL fields asked for, including expiry dates, start dates, issue numbers and your 3-digit security code (the last 3 digits shown on the back of your card next to your signature).  

   

If any information is missing, this can invalidate your order.  

   

Credit/debit cards will be debited on Pounds Sterling.  

   

Your credit/debit card will not be charged for your order until the goods are due for dispatch.  

   

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.  

 

Alternative Ways to Order

 

Telephone  

If you would prefer to order by telephone, please contact your Customer Services Team on 0871 911 1701. You can speak to one of our Customer Services agents during office hours or you can use our 24hr automated service to place your order at any time.

Please be sure to have your order details and credit/debit card to hand.     

   

Post  

When placing an order by post you can pay by either sterling cheque or postal orders. Please do not send cash.  

   

Write your order details out in capital letters and send together with your payment to;

All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank. Your cheque will be banked and cleared prior to dispatch.

Write your order details out in capital letters and fax together with your credit/debit card details to 01483 268889.
